Reese's favorite word is "WHOA!" She's still madly in love with her stuffed animals and babies. Her latest favorite activity is helping me push her sister in her umbrella stroller! ha! She thinks she's soooo big! I found a teeny bow with a teeny clip that actually works with her barely there hair and I'm excited about it. :) Here's a silly pic of Reese 'cheesing' showing off her bow (and her chubby legs too!).
Riley Grace has been rockin and a rolling lately! I'm super proud of how hard she's been working. (She IS my lazy girl, you know! :) ). She can officially pull up to her feet since Saturday!! She's been bearing weight on her feet sooo much better than ever. I think part of it is her new SQEAKY shoes! (I'll post about them on the next post!) AND Miss Priss can (will!) crawl up the stairs now!!! She's gaining weight which is great- she was weighed last week and was about 18 lbs (a few oz over), she's talking up a storm- her fav word still is "no" but she says it soooo sweetly. :) She gets really excited to sing and do the motions to Itsy Bitsy Spider- it's the cutest thing I've seen in my life. She loves giving hugs and kisses (Reese too). I am so blessed! Here's Riley Grace chhhheeeeeesing for me today-- STANDING at the couch!
Richey helped me make a magnet board. I bought a frame on the 66% off aisle at HobLob and spray painted it red. We bought some sheet metal, had it cut and voila! An adorable magnet board! The girls love it. Can't wait to have it done and all put together. It's been a fun project! Any playroom ideas or tips?? How do you keep your house with children organized??!

When we lived in Indiana, I kept threatening to paint the garage door like the Texas flag, just so everyone would know where we were from. :-) Instead, I settled for a small Texas flag sticker on my car. haha
Love the Texas decor and the magnet board idea is awesome! We've been in the midst of some playroom remodeling, so that gave me some great ideas!
Hopefully, we can get together again this spring.....when I figure out how to leave the house will all 3 kids. :-) I'd love to meet your girls!
I can't wait to see the finished redo of the gameroom. I am little bit (and by little bit, I mean lot!) excited about it. You know how much I love to play decorate kids' rooms!!
I am trying to come up with a theme right now for our gameroom. The girls have outgrown most of the toys up there and have requested a flat screen and a wii!! Since that room is technically a fourth bedroom/full bath, I want to put a foldout couch for those rare occassions we have guests over. So it needs to work for both the kids and guests. I want something girlie, but not too kiddie, as Jill is now old enough that her friends no longer come over to "play." They come over to "hang out" as I was told with an eyeroll.
We are having a playroom in our new house & we bought this great thing with tubs from Target where they can put little toys. We are also putting a book shelf in their to put red canvas baskets in to put toys. I am glad they will have a playroom! So fun!
I can't wait to see the finished product! I've seen that little pink kitchen somewhere....love it!!
very cool that you have space for a toy room! I have a magnetic board in Braydens room that I got from IKEA! They have some great magnetic strips, and boards we have it titled with Brayden Artwork, cut out in vinyl letters. We typically hang up his sunday school projects. How fun!
