My sweet friend from college, The Southern Housewife, wrote a fabulous post on the New Year. She inspired me to think of my 'word' or 'words' describing the life I intend to lead in 2010.-- to influence all decisions and inspire how I live. Her word was 'create' and I just LOVED her post. Read her post from 12/30.
I've prayed and thought a lot about this. I just loved the idea of having my own word/s! :) I decided that my words for 2010 are: Be still. I don't want to lose sight of my Creator, my Refuge, my greatest Love. I want to focus on being a good wife, mommy, and friend. I tend to let busy schedules, worries, and... even plain laziness to take over.
2010 Goals/Reminders...

I love what you have chosen for 2010, Be Still is perfect. The girls are growing so fast and look like tons of fun at this stage! Thank you so much for your e-mail and kind, supportive words of encouragement! I may have to keep your e-mail so I can go back and reread it when I am feeling overwhelmed. I have already read it several times today. You are a wonderful friend! Thank you again!
