Randomness & Recipe-ness...

: : Lately when getting Reese and Riley for bed, I've dressed them in long sleeve onesies and tights. They love to pull their socks off, but tights- they can't get those suckers off! ha! : :

: : The girls and I dance and sing to the Glee soundtrack everyday. : :

: : R & R are fabulous dancers. Riley prefers the shimmy, waving her arms in the air, and rocking all at the same time. Reese prefers swaying back and forth and bouncing- bending her knees. It's quite entertaining. : :

: : My Christmas stuff is still out. :( Long story... : :

: : I accidentally melted the knob off my crockpot when browning the meat for my taco soup. It must have been too close... Richey says not to worry, we can use pliers to turn the knob. I say- no thank you and went to Target and bought a new one. He doesn't know yet. : :

: : Starbucks tastes even better out of their Christmas cups. : :

: : Everyone should watch a soap opera. It'll make you feel much better about your own life. : :

On NYE, we went to dinner at our fav sushi restaurant with our besties (and the girls) then they came back to hang out at our house. CrAzY, I know. :) We had "Milk and Cookies" Cookies, oreos, oreo balls, Baily's, and... we added martinis to the mix. We had a fun, relaxing night! I didn't take any pics except of the snacks! Some friend I am... :)

Oreo Balls (after lots had been eaten!)

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Oreos

Oreo Balls
Ingredients:
Oreos and/or Mint Oreos
8 oz Cream Cheese @ room temp
Almond Bark (Vanilla and/or Chocolate)

Directions: Crush up 1 package of oreos ( I LOVED the mint the best)... use food processor. Mix cream cheese with cookie crumbs. Form into a ball and refrigerate until formed together. Roll dough into small balls and place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Melt chocolate in microwave. Dip chilled oreo balls into chocolate, place on wax paper, and let harden.

Delicious no bake dessert!
