Mama's Day part 2

Sunday night, my mom, dad, Leah, Ben, Richey and I went our for fabulous Mexican food and then to the House of Blues to see Ben Folds in concert!

The House of Blues was really cool! It was a small enough venue, that it made you feel like you were super close to the stage. The opening act was Kate Miller-Heidke. Her voice was gorgeous and some of her songs were absolutely hilarious! Neither Kate nor Ben have very good language in their music... Like... it's not music you would play with your kids in the car, BUT I still just love it. ;)

We were laughing are Richey's big ole' beer. I told him all he was missing was a brown paper sack and he'd officially = a gangsta! The Miller Lite was BIGGER than my head. Wowza. ha!
