Hair Tales (or lack there of) by Reese Abigail:
Did you know that when I was born (at 30 weeks and 1 day), that I hardly had any hair on my head and I didn't even have eyelashes or eyebrows yet?! I did have little hairs on my body my mommy said, but they went away. :) My hair on my head, however, has been slow to make an appearance... Follow me on my almost 2 year hair journey, will you?
This is me when I was a few weeks old- in the NICU- with a little fuzz. No eyebrows, no eyelashes.
When I came home, my mom began her 'disguising my bald head' by putting a big bow on it. By the way- my mom SURE looks TIRED in this picture. Not sure why...??
As I got a little older, yep, you got it: STILL no hair. At least my fuzz was better than Riley's fuzz. That's me on the right (your right).
As time went on, I began changing lots: crawling, laughing, growing teeth, but... still no hair.
By my FIRST birthday,
... I got to thinking:
I'll just put other things on my head if there's no hair there! Like:
Food,
hairbands,
bunny ears,
hats, and
sunglasses!

You...precious little girl...are absolutely adorable!!!! My little Hope is bald too...her hair is starting to come in just like yours is. Thanks for sharing your little hair journey.
What a cutie!!! Cole doesn't have much either... I had a friend growing up and she didn't get hair until she was 2 1/2 and she has the thickest hair I have ever seen... so you just never know!!
What a cute post and a precious bald little girl!!! :)
Oh Reese..you are so cute!! And those "baby" pictures of you oh man they were precious!! Don't worry your hair will grow girlfriend :)
Bald is beautiful. My little monkeys are two and have just recently started sporting a mullet of strawberry-blonde curls. I keep reminding myself that low-maintenance is good with two girls.
so cute! Be glad that you don't have to deal with keeping it out of her face though. I bet you are excited for pig tails and pony tails! It won't be long :)
So cute! And just think, you never had to try to cover up an ugly little bald patch on the back of her head. Or learning to embrace of comb over. Bald is beautiful!
Such a CUTE post! Love it!
