Last night I had a hankering for Vietnamese Pho food, so Richey and I went to our favorite place-- ready for the name??? Pho Ma Ma. ha ha ha-- it makes me laugh every time!! But their spring rolls and vermicelli is DELISH. We then went across the street to WalMart-- I hate Walmart. It's always busy no matter what time of day and it quite frankly stresses me out. I understand it's full of bargains etc, but it's rare I go there due to my annoyance of the place (snobby, I know). We were going for school supplies as our church was collecting backpacks full of supplies for kiddos in need (My attitude really should be different-- after saying that-- huh?!:)). They do it every year and get thousands and pray over each and every one. It's pretty cool. Anyway... while at Wally World, Richey and I were on our school supply mission with our list in hand when a little girl (probably 5 years old) and her mom walk by. This is what I over hear:
Girl: "Mommy, that lady looks like she's pregnant too." (I guess she had seen another preggo lady?)
Mom (kind of snotty tone): "Ya think?!"
Ha ha! I remember when I thought it was obvious at like 8 weeks, but now I know it really is. :) See....
8 Weeks...
27 Weeks...
(Gotta LOVE the shot in the bathroom mirror-- ha ha!)
My latest mission is working on a Reese and Riley scrapbook! Here's the first page... it's kinda cute!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the belly shot...you are GLOWING!!!
Your hair is cute in the second pic.. Is it shorter than before? Love the scrapbook page.. I recently finished a travel one.. The girls will love to look at that when they are older! They will be here soon!! Can't wait to see pics of them.. Have a great weekend!
I agree with Catherine you are glowing. I bet you can't wait for the girls to be here. I also like the scrapbook page. I love scrapbooking also but mine is mostly of my puppy since I don't have kiddos yet. Can't wait to see the pics of the girls.
You look great! ALL BELLY!
When I was about 32 weeks pregnant and HUGE, we were at a car show and the teenage girl taking tickets said "Are you pregnant"? I guess a combination of hormones, the summer heat, and the fact that I could barely walk got to me and I said "No, I'm just fat" and kept walking. Awful, huh?? Her friends started laughing and making fun of her for asking me!
The comments only get more and more interesting. I was about where you were or so and riding around in the motorized cart at Target-walking around the store was too much for me then. A little boy pointed at me and made some nice comment, "Dang, she's big. She's not even old. Why is she riding in that thing?" I think you look great by the way!
I think you are so cute! Love the belly shot! I did the same thing at this time in the pregnancy...worked on their scrapbooks. I got all the way to my shower done and I haven't worked on it in 5 months. There is no time with infants. Usually when you have time, you want to take a shower or eat. :)
Maybe in a few months I can get caught up.
People DO say the darndest things! What is up with that?! I love the scrapbook page! Work on it now ... before R&R arrive. Mindy's sis-in-law finished her scrapbook before Tug arrived ... she even made pages for when he (in your case, babies) arrived and just left blanks to insert the pics later. Great idea!!
I love the "No I just fat" comment! Why didn't I think of that when I was pregnant?!
And Leah, the making the scrapbook pages in advance is a great idea. Otherwise, finding the time will be very hard to do. The next thing you know, your kid will be seven and you still will be on page one!
