Artsy LoVe

My goodness gracious it's been C-O-L-D! AND we have all HAD colds too. We're going a bit stir crazy over here! But I wanted to share with you a few of our new finds that have been keeping us busy!

These Window Markers are WAY fun. The girls and I decorated our bathroom mirror for Daddy the other day. He was so impressed with our art skills. :) They erase with water (or a bit of Windex) and are lots of fun!

These Dry Erase Crayons are also FUN. The girls have a white/magnet board they love to draw on. The dry erase markers get a bit messy- on hands, face etc, but these are like crayons, but erase. Perfect! A mom must have invented these...

And THESE! I Love the Do-A-Dots. It's like the clean way to paint/stamp. :) My girls have a blast decorating their creations with these stamps.

Have any ArTsY lOvE to share with us??

We love the dotters! Actually we loved them to pieces-literally! I tried the Dry-Erase Crayons @ work last week and was disappointed. It took some major muscle to wipe it off and became more of a teacher job. Do you have any hints?

Ok... your blog is OFF LIMITS to my little girls! They think that crayons are the only kind of writing utensils out there ;) Maybe in a few months we'll branch out!

I will have to try the dry erase crayons and window markers! They look like a lot of fun! My students used the dotters all the time when I taught kindergarten!

Another easy to clean up and fun activity is playing with shaving cream. We did it at their little table. They started out smearing it and drawing in it then it went to painting their body but it washes off easily and doesn't cause a huge sticky mess.
