NOT Me! Monday

That's right, friends. It's Monday. Time for NOT Me! Moday with Mckmama! Don't judge. :)

Yesterday a cold front was moving in...and the sky was nearly black. My hubby most certainly would not take the dog and the girls on a walk in their wagon around the block thinking "he could make it in time." And the skies would definitely NOT open up when he got 8 houses away and POUR down (think monsoon) on him, the girls, and the dog. And when I ran to the door to look outside to see where they were, I NEVER would have seen: Richey- Starbucks coffee in hand, leash, and wagon handle in the other laughing hysterically running as fast as his legs would carry him towards our house! That would just be too funny. I was NOT laughing so hard watching him run and laugh and watching the girls STUNNED faces that I was crying. Nope- I'm more helpful than that. I wouldn't just watch and laugh. You know- if this crazy event ever even happened that is...

I would never put GLASS soda bottles-- a 6 pack- underneath my cart at Target, take a corner too fast and watch in slow motion as it slid out, crashed, shattered, and spilled all over the aisle. Nope. Things like that don't happen to me. Uh uh.

Then when getting to the checkout after getting alllll rung up, I would never pull out my wallet only to find that the "good stuff" (license, credit card) weren't in there, but remember they're rather in my purse at home. I would never have to pay with the cash I had instead and ask the lady to "un-ring" some items so I could actually pay! That would just be embarrassing.

Oh and I'd NEVER come home and realize my debit card WAS in my wallet the whole time... just not in the right spot...

Have you ever mistaken a person for the wrong person? No, me neither. On Sunday I did NOT start talking to someone about something, get looked at like I was crazy, ask her her name, and tell her "oops. I thought you were someone else!" Then proceed to introduce myself so we could in fact know each other since we just went thru an awkward situation together... well on my end anyway. That wouldn't happen to me. I'm too observant and tactful for that.

What about YOU?? Anything you need to admit... or not admit...

Laughing with you on this one. Although, I am not sure I was laughing at the time....
I drove all the way to the bank (which now means twenty minutes into town!) to get a form notorized, only to discover my wallet was in my other purse!
