Free at Last, Free at Last! Thank God Almighty- We Are FREE at Last!!

It's April 1- the "end" to sick season- hallelujah!!  I will admit we've been cheating and getting out and about for a couple weeks now, but now I feel better about it.  This is the day I've been waiting for- can't believe it's here.  The girls will be 7 months in 3 days- can you BELIEVE we followed the rules for THAT long?!!  Another special thing about today is... on this day, April 1, last year, we saw this for the first time....
It was April Fool's Day, but it was NO joke!!  We were in shock- I knew it could be a possibility, but NEVER imagined myself with twins.  It's the biggest blessing EVER.

A couple of our outings have been to buy things for my latest project.  I have been trying to make bows this week... it's fun and I'm sure they'll get better with practice.  Here are a few I made (and flowers I glued to clips).

Today are going to hang out with Leah and Casen and I think my hubby made plans for us tonight... maybe this staying in thing WAS a good thing. ha!  I foresee a busy future... ha!

Tomorrow morning we're taking the girls to Cranial Technologies for an evaluation.  Our pedi recommended we take Riley because her plagiocephaly (flat head) has not improved- possibly gotten worse over the past two months.  Reese's is a bit better but still evident, so we thought they could take a look at her too.  So... they'll probably be getting DOC bands to round out those sweet heads.  It's mainly cosmetic, but what girl wants a flat head?!  So... as much as I hate it (I just don't like admitting anything's "wrong" with my girls I guess), it's a reality.  I'll keep you posted.  Pray for us.

BUT this weekend my fam (inc. sis and her fam and my parents) will go to Antique Show and stop by our favorite booth: Junk Gypsy and hopefully see Annalee and fam too!

i leave you with... the most beautiful music to my ears: Reese BELLY LAUGHING!!! ha ha!  Pardon my ridiculousness...

AND Riley being a C-U-T-I-E pie!!

Cute videos! Ok.....I need a bow making lesson. :-) I almost bought some at Sam Moon the other day, but decided that I'd make them myself. I've made some of the tiny ones that Emery wore when she was really little, but I need help on the bigger ones. I've got my glue gun ready! :-)

That's so funny that you found out on April Fool's! Wish our u/s was today and not tomorrow...we could have played a big joke on everyone. ;)

The bows you are making are precious! Love the videos of the girls...they are so cute. I'm not even lying when I say this, I was feeling the back of my head, last night, and thought to myself, my head is flat. Seriously, it is. Maybe I need one of those bands! Flat heads or not...your baby girls are gorgeous!

I need a post about all these bibs I keep seeing that I can never quite make out what you guys have written! Who makes them? What do they say?!

Emmi had to wear a helmet for awhile, because of her balance issues. Her doc was concerned that she would get a head injury. She has a custom made teeny tiny little pink helmet! Best part... even though it weighed about two ounces, it knocked her over even more!!

Such sweet videos!!! You TOTALLY deserve to scream 'FREE AT LAST'! What a sacrifice, but so worth it in the end to keep them healthy! You just aren't going to know what do do with yourself now that you are 'free'!! Enjoy!
