Numero Uno o Dos?

I want to do our nursery in black, white, and pale pink... with TWO girls-- it's GOT to be girly!! :)  I found two patterns/bedding that I really like (see below).  Remember our furniture is black...
1.  Wendy Bellisimo Black and White
(sorry this pic is small...)
OR
2.  French Cuff (but with pale pink instead of the creamy color)
What do you think??? 1 or 2? :)

Hands down number 1!!! I love it!

Our baby bed is the same one that you are buying! We have loved it, and it's gotten thru 2 kids...hopefully number 3 can use it too!!!

I would go with number 1...love it!
Don't you love the perinatoligist appts. They are SO fun! When you have twins you get TONS of sonos.
It is so fun! Something I learned-
Always scan your sonos on the computer because that sono paper will eventually turn all black. We scanned all of ours and saved them as pictures.

I guess I'm alone in the this, but the French Cuff by a mile!!! The Bellissimo looks trendy & the lines that swirl in a square seem harsh & not very feminine. It just seems very busy, not soothing. The French Cuff pattern is smaller and seems more delicate & girly. Maybe its just the picture, but also the black seems richer which would be a better contrast to the pale pink & also look nice if you wanted to add pink accents a shade darker. I know I'm in the minority, but the first thing I thought when I saw the French was that it was classy & elegant!

I love them both, but in different ways/for different reasons. I think that #1 will look better with the plan you have for the walls and I love the pink with it! I like #2 because it looks "vintage-y" and a little more unique. But -I 'd have to say overall I like #1 - I am so glad we saw that at B R Us!

Thank you for your votes! I think we're going with... Number one! Cribs are all put together-- just waiting to be "dressed!" Can't wait. :)

One is my vote. And Jill's room is black, white and pink. I love it! Except we have way too much pink in Jill's room. I am little by little toning down the pink and adding more black and white.

found your site through Chelsea's - we are old HS friends.

First, congrats on 2 baby girls!! My goodness, what blessings!!! I have a son and a daughter and I can honestly say there is so much more FUN stuff for girls! At least early on!

Now to the bedding. I *love* decorating kids room. This is a passion of mine and something I hope to do professionally what day in the future. The second one if my FAV bn/c of the versatility! Another idea is black toile and then pink accents. You can usually find both black and pink toile. It would be really cute to buy a pink toile set and a black toile set and then mix and match, the comforters, sheets, skirt, bumber pad, etc!! Just a thought...

Have fun and good luck with it all!
