But... the other day, I went on a mission to Target (actually with a list). The most important things on it were: pens and sacks. My kids were making flower pens for their moms for Mother's Day and I wanted red lunch sacks to "wrap" them in. I of course start filling my basket-- with pens, candy (can't pass that up), ya-- so it was a basket full, but now I can't remember what was in it-- gO FIguRe! Anyway, I left WITHOUT the sacks! One of the only things I needed, so instead of turning around (by this time, I'm so tired and down the street!), I stopped at Michaels.
I grabbed some clear sacks to wrap muffins up in for some chaperones coming on our field trip Friday (that's another post-- we went to Austin on a day trip) and some ribbon and then wandered around everywhere to find "lunch sacks" which I had in my mind and could not get it out of my mind. I could not find them anywhere. Suddenly, I looked down and realized I was holding clear little sacks that had 50 in the pack and I could use those... oh dear. Never thinking straight these days. So, as I left out of the corner of my eye, I saw it: Panda Express. I went in and ordered a large fried rice. *sigh* I could now go home, relax, and feed my craving of the afternoon. More adventures to come...
