A few of my FAV things this summer...

A few of my favorite things lately...

1.  Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Strips.  Oh.  My. Goodness.  I LOVE these.  I recently used "Here Kitty" as seen below. :)  Crazy?  Yes.  Fun?  Yes.  Easy?  Yes.  Do they have solid colors for the less wild?  Yes.  :) They are like stickers and stay on 10 days!!  (and come off with nail polish remover).  L-O-V-E.  I got a pedi the other day and all the ladies at the nail place were investigating my nails- they loved them. :)

2. Scotch Thermal Laminator.  Maybe it's the teacher in me, but I am in LOVE with this thing.  It's cheap (however you do have to buy certain laminating pockets for it) and has been PERFECT for the Letter of the Week activities I've been doing with the girls... post on that soon.   The teacher in me is BEAMING with my new purchase. :)

3.  Kindle:  I LOVE my Kindle!  Let me count the ways: when I went on vacation, I brought ONE light weight 'book' instead of loading my suitcase with heavy books, the books are cheaper to buy, if I want a new book- I can buy it and receive it instantly, there's no glare outside, i could go on and on.  And I probably should be getting paid for this, but I'm not. ;)  

4.  Coconut Milk Body Lotion from the Body Shop.  It sprays on and I LOVE it.  It smells like summer- like the beach and it's so refreshing!
